PRODUCT INFORMATION

Smoothed Concrete is a forged monolithic concrete slab in situ, smoothed manually and mechanically. It has a minimum thickness of 5 cm, the surface is colored with pigment hardeners.

It can be a structural monolithic slab, which eliminates the cost and need for a subfloor, or may be applied as 5 cm thick lining over an existing structural slab or subfloor.

The gaskets are necessary for the proper expansion of the concrete.

  • Due to its resistance it allows for installation in high pedestrian and vehicular transit.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

– Clean with water and mild soap, using brush with fiber cloths.

– Apply wax or wax maintainers periodically

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

SMOOTHED CONCRETE SYSTEM COMPOSITION
– Concrete hardener with color, Water Sealer and waxes.

THICKNESS
– 5cm on subfloors or slabs (for pedestrian or vehicular traffic)
– 8 cm on floors over stratiform and pedestrian traffic
– 12-15 cm on floors over stratiform and vehicular traffic

SUPPORT
– Stratiform, slab or subfloor.

PRESENTATIONS
– 27.2 kg. Hardener
– 5 liters water sealant.
– Acrylic Wax 5 liters.

STORAGE
– Store in a dry, cool place. Keep the original packaging closed.

SHELF LIFE
– 6 months
